Capacity to Contract
By registering an account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler. You further confirm that funds deposited into your 7betd account are not derived from any illegal activity.
2. Account Registration & Management
Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 7betd. This restriction applies per individual, per household address, and per device (including shared devices and shared IP addresses). Any Player found to have opened more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different payment method — will have all duplicate accounts immediately closed and any bonus funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts forfeited. 7betd uses technical, behavioural, and document-based verification to detect duplicate accounts.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and the mobile phone number used for your bKash, Nagad, or other payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7betd account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 7betd will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorised by you, remains your responsibility. You must notify 7betd immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 7betd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7betd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard (where issued by partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank).

Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the Player's own name that was previously used to deposit funds into the same 7betd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's account must be fully verified (KYC). Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section. 7betd reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing a withdrawal, and to delay or withhold payment pending a responsible gaming or fraud investigation.
3.3
Anti-Money Laundering
7betd is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All accounts are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring. 7betd reserves the right to request full KYC documentation from any account holder at any time, to freeze accounts and funds where suspicious activity is detected, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Any Player found to be using the 7betd platform to launder funds will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
7betd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by 7betd are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided. Wagering requirements apply to casino games and sports bets as specified in each promotion. 4.2
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a 7betd bonus or promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using third-party software to game wagering conditions, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. 7betd reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
4.3
Welcome Bonus
7betd's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the wagering requirement stated at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player. 7betd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Important: Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained in separate balances. Real-money bets are placed from the real-money balance first. Bonus balances become available once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
5. Gameplay & Betting Rules
5.1
Game Integrity & RNG
All casino games available on 7betd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 7betd or any player action outside of the game's normal mechanics. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by 7betd.
5.2
Voided Bets
7betd reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where a technical error, human error, data feed error, or any other malfunction occurs that results in an incorrect price, incorrect odds, or an otherwise erroneous bet being accepted. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. 7betd's decision in relation to the voiding of bets is final.
5.3
Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on 7betd are subject to the sports betting rules published on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, 7betd will consult the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). For live in-play betting, any bets accepted after the official result has been determined will be voided. Cricket betting rules cover all formats including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches, and ODIs.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7betd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to the relevant authorities.
Using any software, device, algorithm, bot, or strategy designed to give an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; collusion with other players; chip dumping; exploiting software vulnerabilities or glitches; and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud. 7betd employs advanced anti-fraud technology and cooperates with game providers and payment processors to detect and prevent fraud.
Using the 7betd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to transfer illicit proceeds, is strictly prohibited. 7betd maintains full KYC and AML procedures and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant financial authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Allowing, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate the use of a 7betd account by a person under the age of 21, including registering on behalf of a minor, sharing account credentials with a minor, or using any means to circumvent the age verification process, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
7.1
Suspension by 7betd
7betd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the Player's account is being used for prohibited conduct; (d) the Player is a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to international sanctions; or (e) 7betd is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority. Upon suspension or closure, any verified real-money balance held by the Player (net of any bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of identity verification.
7.2
Voluntary Account Closure
A Player may request closure of their 7betd account at any time by contacting the 7betd support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification and provided that no fraud investigation is pending. Closing an account does not entitle the Player to any bonus amounts or winnings that had not yet met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure.
8. Intellectual Property
